Why am I asked to sign the estimate?
DuNn Designz has worked with an attorney to create a contract that protects both the client and company alike.

 

Why do I need to submit a 50% deposit?
Unfortunately in the past clients have taken advantage of DuNn Design’s talent without paying for the work; thus we require a 50% deposit to ensure you are honest, and dedicated to your project.

 

How long does the printing process take?
After you approve your project, printing takes 7-10 business days on average to be printed and delivered.

 

What is a concept or sample design?
Concept or sample designs are initial unique choices you are provided with; You may only choose one final design.

 

I need my project completed in a few days, can you help?
Yes, DuNn Designz can rush a job through our facility. However, rush shipping charges may apply.

 

How will my project be printed?
At DuNn Designz, we use a state of the art Heidelberg sheet-fed press to ensure the best quality possible.

 

Why is the cost difference between 500 and 1,000 printed pieces only a bit more?
The bulk of your cost goes towards making plates and purchasing ink and paper. Once the materials are purchased the price difference between 500 to 1,000 pieces is usually minimal.

 

Is DuNn Designz “Green”?
Yes, DuNn Designz makes every effort to purchase Eco Friendly materials when possible.

 

Do you use templates?
Unless you specify you would like to purchase and use a certain template, designs are created from scratch to ensure you receive a unique project.

 

Will I own the usage rights of my project?
Yes, with every project completed by DuNn Designz the usage rights are yours. We do however reserve the right to use any work for our own promotional purposes.

 

When I need to reorder a product, will it be cheaper?
Yes, providing there are no design changes your price will reduce. Exact repeat jobs needing printing only will stay the same.

 

Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, we will never give out any of our clients personal information to third party companies; other than necessary to complete a project.

 

Are my files secure?
Yes, DuNn Designz office is kept locked and all computers are password protected, in addition we have three different backup methods for client files with one being stored at a offsite secure vault.

 

Do you offer a discount to non-profit's?
Yes, DuNn Designz will provide a 10% discount on our regular prices to established non-profit organaizations.

 

Do you barter?
Yes, DuNn Designz has participated in bartering with both parties being satisfied.

 

Do you use updated software?
Yes, we use top of the line, state of the art software, computers and equipment.

 

Do you offer software training?
Yes, DuNn Designz has experience training big and small companies alike in software programs.

 

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, DuNn Designz always offers monthly promotions, as well as, exclusive online sales! We also offer 10% off the final printing price if you order three or more printed projects on the same estimate.

 

Do you have a referral program?
Yes, for every new client you refer to DuNn Designz that places and fulfills an order, we will give you the choice of $10 cash or $15 off your next order!

 

I am asking a few different designers to submit designs for my project, and I will pick and pay for the design I like best. Are you interested in submitting a design?
Thank you, but No. DuNn Designz has a set contract with highly competitive pricing and does not entertain this process.
